Growing our people
Our training program provide us with an integrated service that includes compiling operational training plans via training needs analysis, compiling of workplace skills plans, Skills development facilitation including application for Mandatory and Discretionary grants.
It outlines an action plan to develop our staff in a working environment that values diversity and in which all employees are encouraged to realise their full potential and contribute to business success.
Supplier Development
Supplier Development refers to small businesses that already exist within our value chain that meet the B-BBEE criteria. Our approach is to select businesses within our value chain that meet our selection criteria.
A significant portion of these businesses are in the harvesting, silviculture, transport industries, and other core services to our business.
Enterprise Development
We identify and recruit enterprises, entrepreneurs for opportunities that exist outside of our direct value chain that can contribute to our primary value chain. We provide the necessary development support and training to educate and upskill aspiring entrepreneurs so that they are ready to explore and take opportunities outside and within our value chain e.g. food security, education, health, etc.
