Growing our people

Our training program provide us with an integrated service that includes compiling operational training plans via training needs analysis, compiling of workplace skills plans, Skills development facilitation including application for Mandatory and Discretionary grants.

It outlines an action plan to develop our staff in a working environment that values diversity and in which all employees are encouraged to realise their full potential and contribute to business success.
