Rushda Sulaiman | Chief People Officer

Rushda joined MTO in 2011 as a Regional Human Resources manager. She has seen her professional and personal growth develop exponentially within the company around the Human resources discipline.

In 2021 she was appointed as the Chief People Officer for the group and one of her main tasks that she does not compromise on is to “Grow our people” into formidable leaders within and outside of the company.

“When I joined MTO, I never thought that I would have the honour to lead Human Capital let alone become the Chief People Officer. I have so much gratitude for our previous CPO, Gretchen Blake, who spotted me and took my hand over nine years ago and took me on a journey that prepared me for this moment. Hard work really pays off!”
