MTO Trails, Part of the MTO Group, offers world-class trails for mountain bikers, trail runners, hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. Jonkershoek, Garden Route and Lowveld all offer accommodation for those looking for a little peace or an extended adventure.
MTO Trails Jonkershoek
Nestled between the high peaks of the Stellenbosch mountains, Jonkershoek offers all types of outdoor enthusiasts with a world-class trail network to explore and enjoy.
Boasting over 48km of single track and 74km of forestry roads you'll have plenty of trails to choose from for hiking, trail running and MTB. The MTO Trails offering expands further with comfy accommodation located right at the entrance of the valley.
MTO Trails Garden Route
Spread across the Garden Route, MTO Trails Garden Route offers a wide range of activities for all trail users from Knysna to Plettenberg Bay and straight through to Storms River. With over 42km of single track and over 700km of jeep track you'll have plenty of trails to explore on foot or on a mountain bike.
MTO Trails Garden Route is also home to the iconic, multi-day, Tsitsikamma Hiking Trail which crosses through a variety of fynbos, indigenous forests and ancient river gorges.
MTO Trails Lowveld
Situated in White River, MTO Trails Lowveld boasts some of the best trails in the country surrounding the Trail Centre at Pull Scar. With over 80 kilometers of MTB Trail loops over farmlands, natural forests and bush.
With accommodation at the Stone House Cottage, offering the perfect setting for a fun-filled, active getaway with access to a variety of activities from mountain biking, hiking to horse riding and bird watching.
