We have been on a journey to be future fit as an organisation. This we have done through the progression of talent and the need to be intentional about managing our talent through directed initiatives.

Grow with  MTO – “ITS OUR TO NATURE”

A mentorship program is a structured and organised initiative that facilitates the pairing of experienced individuals (mentors) with less experienced ones (mentees) to provide guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.

Mentoring is a powerful practice that facilitates learning, development and growth in individuals and organisations. The benefits of mentoring programs make it a valuable investment for companies as a way to unlock personal and professional skill development and advancement. It serves as a guide for mentees’ behaviour, values and attidutes.

Mentees benefit from engaging with mentor who shares values and deep-level similarity with them. Allows mentees to see themselves as future academics. helping mentees to realise their professional aspriations.
